So, I ‘allow’ myself to watch Grey’s Anatomy each week. That’s the only TV show I generally do watch. I don’t have time to watch anything else.

But, last night’s episode. Just too much. A fecal transplant for c. diff? Okay.

Interns practicing on each other? A bit out there…

Okay, so, we nursing students DO practice on each other, but appendectomies? I don’t think so!

But I will admit that during Wednesday clinicals, as I was grabbing my pen out of my blue scrub chest pocket, I did feel just a bit more “medical”. I even thought of Grey’s Anatomy at the time.

There I was, standing at the nurse’s desk. Patients chart in hand. Pen in hand. Taking notes, reading med speak. It was too cool!

Have I told you I only need to get 50% of the remaining points to pass the quarter? Whoo hoo. I’m gonna pass (not that I had any doubts).
